Terms of Service
Welcome to FaceOff FM, a music battle party game operated by Kwabi Games Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using FaceOff FM (the “Game”) on the web or as a mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. The Game
FaceOff FM lets a group create a room, where two players build short setlists around a theme and others listen and vote on the winner. Music playback uses 30-second previews provided by the Apple iTunes Search API. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes.
2. Who can play
FaceOff FM is suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Game with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for any activity that takes place under your display name.
3. Your content
You may add a display name, photos (profile or cover art), and song selections. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm that you have the right to use any image you upload. You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, infringing, or that depicts another person without their consent. We may remove content or end a session that breaches these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Game or its infrastructure.
- Do not harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
- Do not upload images of other people without their permission.
5. Music & intellectual property
Song previews and metadata are provided by Apple’s iTunes Search API and remain the property of their respective rights holders. FaceOff FM does not host, sell, or grant rights to any music. The FaceOff FM name, logo, design, and software are owned by Kwabi Games Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Game running smoothly but provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwabi Games Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information we process.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
