BlackJack Lite is made by Kwabi Games Ltd (London, UK). This policy explains what information the game uses and why.
The short version: there are no accounts to create and no ads. We use your player name and picture so other players can see you in online games, we stream voice chat live without recording it, and we collect anonymous usage analytics (which you can turn off) to improve the game.
1. Information we use
Game Center / Google Play Games: if you're signed in, your player name and profile picture, to show who you are in the game.
Your profile picture: a preset avatar or a photo you choose. Photos are stored on your device and, in online games, shared with the other players in your room.
Online play: your player name, picture and moves are sent through our multiplayer service, Photon (Exit Games), to the other players in your room.
Voice chat: in online games, when your microphone is on, your voice is streamed live to the other players in your room. We don't record or store it.
Analytics: we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect usage information, such as games played, features used and where players get stuck, along with device details (model, operating system, app version) and a random app identifier, plus your approximate location (country or region, worked out from your IP address). It isn't linked to your name.
Your stats and settings are stored only on your device.
2. How we use it
To run online games and show players to each other
To understand how the game is played and improve it
To find and fix problems
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the services that run these features: Apple and Google (sign-in), Photon by Exit Games (online play and voice chat) and Google Firebase (analytics). Each handles it under its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
Online game data and voice exist only while a game is being played. Analytics data is kept for 2 months and then deleted automatically.
5. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
Turn analytics off at any time with the Analytics switch on the Privacy screen in the game.
Mute your microphone during online games.
Use a preset avatar instead of a photo, and hide other players' photos, in Profile.
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it. Analytics data isn't linked to your identity, so we may not be able to find it, but we'll help where we can.
7. How to delete your data
To ask us to delete your BlackJack Lite data, email kwabigames@gmail.com with the subject “BlackJack Lite data deletion”. We'll reply within 30 days.
Analytics data is deleted on request where we can find it, and is always deleted automatically after 2 months. You can stop it being collected with the Analytics switch on the Privacy screen.
Your stats, settings and profile photo are stored only on your device. Delete them by uninstalling the game or clearing its data in your phone's settings.
Online game data and voice chat aren't stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Your Google Play Games or Game Center account is managed by Google or Apple, not by us.
We don't keep any of the data above after deleting it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date above.
